Peoplefocus, as the name suggests, was all about the Croydon's employees. To reinforce this, we pulled out the 'US' part of the name and used this as a graphic device, which together with the strapline created a simple yet strong identity.
As part of their ongoing programme of development and improvement, Croydon Council were looking to restructure their Human Resources department and asked us to create an identity to reflect these changes.
